The User can exercise his/her right of withdrawal from the purchase of products carried out in the Shop, within the FOURTEEN (14) WORKING DAYS following receipt of the order at the delivery address provided by the client.

The Products must arrive in perfect condition, unused and with their original labels and packaging and, if relevant, must come with the original documentation and accessories, also in perfect condition.

For reasons of hygiene, hair products or accessories cannot be returned.

To return Products the client must send an email to or telephone +34 655143028 citing the order number as well as the Product or Products being returned and a detailed account of the defects which have been found.

We will contact the client and arrange collection of the products to be returned.

Once in possession of the returned goods, GIGGBLU will proceed to exam the Products received.

If the Product cannot be replaced, GIGGIBLU will inform the User of the situation and will refund the User the amount corresponding to the purchase of the Product, as soon as possible and in accordance with these specific terms and conditions. Unless the Product is defective and/or damaged in delivery, any delivery costs associated with the return will be charged exclusively to the buyer.

GIGGIBLU will refuse receipt of any Product returned via “cash on delivery” mode.
