LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These Terms and Conditions will specifically regulate the relations between Giggiblu c/Raset, 24, 4º, 08021 Barcelona, Spain, NIF: 46 222 088 T, hereinafter “Mª Luísa Ibañez Montoya”) and third parties (hereinafter, “Users”) who register as users and/or purchase products (“Products”) through the official website of GIGGIBLU, (www.giggiblu.com/es/) hereinafter the Shop.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER
On a general basis, the User is hereby bound to use the Shop to purchase products and use each of the services of the Shop diligently and in accordance with the law, moral standards, public order and with the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions, and must likewise abstain from using them in any way that may impede, harm or cause damage to the normal operation of the Shop by Users or that could harm or cause damage to the goods and rights of GIGGIBLU, its suppliers, Users or any other third party.
PRODUCTS AND PRICES
GIGGIBLU reserves the right at all times to decide which Products it offers its Users through the Shop. Specifically, GIGGIBLU, can add new Products at any time to those already offered or included in the Shop, on the understanding that, unless otherwise stated, these new Products will be regulated by the conditions outlined in the Terms and Conditions. Likewise, GIGGIBLU, reserves the right to stop providing or facilitating access to and use of, at any time and without prior warning, any of the different types of Products that are offered in the Shop.
The Products included in the Shop will correspond in the most accurate way possible and with the available online technology, to the Products offered. The characteristics of the Products and their prices will appear in the Shop. The prices indicated in the Shop are in euros and include VAT.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
GIGGIBLU hereby states that many of its Products are unique pieces, and most of the collections are of limited production.
If, for any reason, it is not possible to supply a Product from the order, GIGGIBLU will contact the client as quickly as possible to inform him/her regarding the circumstances and will proceed, if necessary, to refund the amount paid for the Product in question. If the order contains more items, and, as a result, the total amount is below ONE HUNDRED EUROS, the amount necessary to obtain free delivery, GIGGIBLU will, under no circumstance, charge any additional costs for this item.
If the unavailability of the Product affects the order as a whole, GIGGIBLU will refund the complete amount paid for the order, including any delivery charges.
PRODUCT PAYMENT PROCEDURE AND METHOD
Orders are processed by the Shop, where the User is informed when each purchase is finalized of the exact amount of each of his/her orders, including any associated delivery costs.
Currently, if an order exceeds ONE HUNDRED (100) EUROS, delivery is free, if the amount is less, an amount will be paid, indicated at the time of purchase as delivery costs.
Only persons who are 18 years old or older can place orders through the Shop. The User of the Shop guarantees that he/she is of this age, as well as the authenticity of the registration data given to GIGGBLU. In any case, the User will be the sole person responsible for false or inexact declarations and for the damages that may be caused to GIGGBLU or third parties as a result of the information provided.
The User who purchases a product through the Shop will have to make payment through the payment systems specifically outlined in the Shop.
Once payment has been made, GIGGIBLU will send an email with the order number and details, and with the estimated delivery date.
The maximum time for delivery of the Products, except in the case of force majeure circumstances, is THIRTY (30) WORKING DAYS from the date the order was placed.
GIGGIBLU will not deliver Products on Saturdays, Sundays or National, Regional, Local or International Holidays.
GIGGIBLU will email the client with the date the order has been sent, together with the information of the company that will carry out delivery.
Delivery is considered to have been carried out from the moment the product has been made available to the client in the place indicated by him/her.
